Full job description

Geanaux Systems Corp. is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Support Group Officer to join our team for our Project Sites in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our electrical and electronic engineering products and services
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
• Programming and configuration of CCTV and other systems
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product functionality and stay up-to-date with new developments
• Document and track customer issues and resolutions to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge resources for the support team
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the electrical/electronic engineering industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
