The Philippine Representative Office supports the delivery of advertising and marketing services for a key automotive client in the Philippines. It operates as part of a regional agency network, working closely with teams and senior stakeholders in the Philippines, Indonesia, and South Korea.
As a lean local operation, team members are expected to take strong ownership of their respective functions, communicate directly with clients and regional stakeholders, and coordinate effectively across different disciplines and markets. Role Purpose
Senior Digital Media Planning Manager will lead the planning, coordination, execution, optimization, and reporting of client’s digital and ATL media campaigns. The role converts business and communication objectives into integrated, data-informed media strategies while coordinating internal specialists, media partners, and client stakeholders.
The position is accountable for media business performance, campaign effectiveness, planning quality, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated media strategies across digital and ATL channels.
- Translate campaign objectives into audience strategies, channel roles, media plans, budgets, and measurable KPIs.
- Develop digital media plans covering paid social, search, display, online video, programmatic, and other relevant platforms.
- Integrate digital plans with television, radio, print, OOH, and other traditional-media channels when required.
- Prepare media rationale, audience insights, budget allocation, reach and frequency projections, and performance forecasts.
- Present media recommendations and campaign results to HMPH and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate media planners, buyers, platform representatives, publishers, vendors, creative teams, and regional teams.
- Monitor campaign implementation, material submissions, placement accuracy, pacing, and budget utilization.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization based on funnel-stage and business objectives.

- Prepare periodic campaign reports that convert platform data into clear business insights.
- Support the development of data-driven, full-funnel media strategies connecting awareness, consideration, lead generation, and conversion.
- Monitor media revenue, gross profit, commitments, and budget utilization for the assigned scope.
- Support media billing reconciliation by ensuring complete placement and performance documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, media owners, technology platforms, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor media, audience, competitor, and platform developments relevant to the automotive category.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital media planning, integrated media, performance marketing, or media account management.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a media planning manager or team-lead capacity.
- Strong agency experience handling major local, regional, or multinational client accounts.
- Advanced understanding of audience planning, channel strategy, media budgeting, funnel design, and campaign measurement.
- Hands-on knowledge of paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, online video, and digital analytics.
- Working knowledge of ATL media, particularly television and OOH.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into practical recommendations for clients.
- Experience preparing media proposals, budget allocations, performance forecasts, and post-campaign reports.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Campaign Manager 360, programmatic platforms, or comparable tools.
- Knowledge of reach, frequency, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion, ROAS, brand-lift, and other relevant metrics.
- Strong client-presentation, stakeholder-management, and team-coordination skills.
- Commercial understanding of media costs, billings, revenue, and gross profit.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Automotive, consumer electronics, FMCG, or other major consumer-brand experience is preferred.
