Day Shift - Customer Service Representative (AU)

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEQulifications: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. (required)

Entry level; No required years of experience but must be good in English communication. Strong active listening and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly and professionally. Computer literate and comfortable using different systems and applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.BPO or customer service experience is an advantage, but qualified fresh graduates may also be considered. Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays when required.
