Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers placing orders
• Accurately input customer orders into the system
• Verify order details such as product type, quantity, pricing, and delivery information
• Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
• Provide customers with product information, promotions, and availability
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order modifications
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, billing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain customer records and order history
• Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards
