Social Media & Content Manager (Work From Home)

An exciting Australian start-up in the healthcare and client-support sector is looking for a driven, creative and vibrant Social Media & Content Manager to bring fresh energy to their online presence. This role is ideal for someone who is innovative, confident, highly organised and always ready with the next big content idea. You'll have plenty of room to experiment, contribute ideas and help shape a growing Australian brand. Key responsibilities

• Develop fresh and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Create reels, short-form videos, carousels, graphics, captions and promotional content
• Film or edit attention-grabbing videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Stay across trends, viral formats, platform updates and online conversations
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Schedule and publish social media content
• Write engaging copy that is clear, relatable and appropriate for a healthcare and client-support audience
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
• Support basic website content updates and ensure information remains accurate and visually appealing
• Organise digital files, content assets and marketing documents

About you

• Previous experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong content creation, copywriting and video-editing skills
• Experience using Canva and short-form video-editing software
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and Linked

• Experience with content scheduling and social media analytics
• A reliable computer and internet connection
• Strong English writer with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly
• Respectful of privacy, confidentiality and the sensitivity of healthcare-related content
