Job Summary

The Tubero (Plumber) is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply systems, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and plumbing equipment within the company's facilities. The position ensures that all plumbing systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sewer systems.
• Install and replace pipes, valves, faucets, sinks, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies such as leaks, clogged drains, and burst pipes.
• Read and interpret plumbing plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and local plumbing codes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Prepare reports on completed maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with other maintenance personnel and contractors when necessary.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational graduate in Plumbing, Pipefitting, or a related field.
• TESDA National Certificate (NC II) in Plumbing is preferred.
• At least one (1) year of relevant plumbing experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read plumbing layouts and technical drawings.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
• Willing to work on shifting
