- Qualifications2-4 years of experience across HR administration and workforce data management, including support for UK HR activities
- Strong capability in maintaining employee information, reviewing data accuracy, and managing HR records
- Practical hands-on experience with SAP Success
- Factors, including employee profile maintenance, personnel changes, and HR system transactions
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes covering new hires, internal changes, probation, and separations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HR systems, and reporting tools
- Understanding of UK HR standards, employee data protection, compliance, and records
requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach to work
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to organize competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive employee and business information with appropriate confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a changing, deadline-driven HR environment
- Exposure to HR systems enhancement, workflow improvement, automation, or related initiatives is advantageous
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate workforce records and complete employee data updates across SAP Success
- Factors and other HR systems
- Review HR information regularly, investigate discrepancies, and ensure records remain complete and reliable
- Prepare workforce reports and people metrics covering headcount, employee movements, absence, and other HR activity
- Coordinate onboarding, employment changes, probation updates, transfers, and offboarding activities
- Draft contracts, employment confirmations, reference letters, and other HR correspondence
- Respond to employee and manager requests through HR inboxes and case management channels, escalating matters when necessary
- Provide accurate records and supporting information for HR audits, compliance reviews, and reporting needs
- Maintain employee files in accordance with confidentiality, data privacy, and records management
requirements
- Contribute to HR systems, technology, and process improvement activities
- Recommend practical improvements to administrative workflows, data quality, and HR service delivery
- Safeguard confidential employee and organizational information at all times
