Digital Marketing Associate

Far Eastern University (FEU) is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance FEU's brand presence, engage our diverse audiences, and support the university's mission of providing quality education. Manage and update website content to ensure information is accurate, timely, and aligned with branding standards. Assist in managing official social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engagement. Assist in creating digital content such as social media graphics, publication materials, captions, short announcements, and promotional materials. Assist in producing multimedia content for digital campaigns and online engagement. Coordinate with internal offices and stakeholders for content requirements and digital campaigns. Assist in implementing digital marketing and communication strategies to improve online reach and engagement. Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement to recommend content improvements. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across digital platforms. Provide on-site support during events and activities that require live social media coverage or digital content production. Perform other related communication and marketing tasks assigned.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Marketing or any related field. Relevant experience in managing social media platforms and website content management. Relevant training in the following areas is preferred: Digital marketing, social media management; content creation, and online engagement

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Wix, WordPress or similar systems). Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Background in multimedia content creation with knowledge in editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms. Good writing and proofreading skills for captions, announcements, and digital content. Familiarity with current social media trends and digital engagement strategies. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced work demands.
