About the role
Customer Experience (CX) Representative / Customer Service Representative role providing excellent customer service and support in a full onsite night-shift environment. Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Assist customers while performing soft selling/upselling of products and services, including phone products and subscriptions
About you
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- Minimum 6 months cumulative BPO experience
- Experience in Telco or Comcast accounts is an advantage
- For technical roles, international non-voice experience may be considered
