ServiceNow Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to address the business requirements of enterprises in the Philippines. The successful candidate will undergo specialized training to develop expertise in specific ServiceNow applications and will manage both product implementations and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, HRSD, and others as needed. Implement and integrate ServiceNow solutions in alignment with client needs and industry best practices. Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and customizations using scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Jelly, Angular JS). Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications. Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions. Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates and continuously recommend improvements. Qualifications: Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Relevant ServiceNow experience is preferred, however, fresh graduates with a strong interest in the platform and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Preferred Skills: Candidates with experience or exposure to IT Operations Management (ITOM) are highly preferred. Technical Skills: Background in database systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server). Programming or software development experience. Proficiency in RDBMS and querying; familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, Jelly, and AngularJS is a plus. Knowledge of Web Services, XML, and JSON is advantageous. Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Cognos). Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform as an end user, fulfiller, or administrator is preferred. Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies; ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are a strong advantage. Understanding of the SDLC process and Agile methodology. Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Goal-oriented and willing to work extended hours if necessary. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to undergoing extensive training.
