About the role
Open Door Professionals is looking for tech-savvy, solution-oriented individuals to join our team as Technical Sales Representative Agents. What You'll Do: Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to their products or services
- Respond to incoming inquiries Provide information on available subscription packages and service options
- Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction
- What we are looking for: Willing to work onsite (MAKATI)At least a high school graduate
- Preferably with BPO experience, specifically in technical support
- Sales experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills; must type at least 45 WPMStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Eager to learn and open to continuous learning
- What We Offer: Competitive base salary of ₱25,000 up to ₱28,000 (Negotiable, depending on skills and experience)
