Bachelor's degree in any related filed. With at least 3 years of experience in Human Resource role. With at least 1 year of experience in team lead role/supervisory role. Experience working in Food Manufacturing or related industry is an advantage. Amendable to work onsite

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department. Ensure the effective implementation of compensation and benefits, talent development, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance programs. Implementation of company policies and procedures, supports organizational objectives.
