Full job description

A licensed Registered Nurse to provide full on-site medical and occupational health management. The nurse will be responsible for daily medical consultation, first aid & emergency injury response, and full DOLE occupational health compliance. You will maintain complete medical records, conduct regular health education, and ensure zero compliance risks for site health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Medical Care & Medical Inventory Management

Provide daily on-site medical consultation and basic treatment for common site illnesses and injuries. Conduct standard diagnosis, medication guidance and patient observation. Manage on-site clinic and all first-aid supplies strictly in accordance with Philippine medical and DOLE standards. Complete drug registration, stock taking, validity checking and regular replenishment of site first-aid kits to ensure 100% availability and compliance for government inspections.

Construction Emergency & Trauma First Aid

Respond immediately to all construction-related emergencies. Perform professional pre-hospital. Accurately assess injury severity; handle minor cases on-site with complete records, and initiate emergency response procedures for severe cases, including hospital coordination, patient transfer, medical accompaniment and follow-up rehabilitation tracking. Ensure all emergency records are complete, traceable and DOLE-compliant.

DOLE Occupational Health & Sanitation Compliance

Implement and uphold all Philippine DOLE occupational health rules for construction sites. Prepare and submit all required DOLE medical reports, work injury logs and occupational health documents for internal and government audits.

Site Health Education & Risk Prevention

Organize regular site health education. Conduct periodic first aid training and personal hygiene awareness sessions for both Filipino and Chinese workers. Closely monitor the health status of outdoor frontline workers, and prevent mass health incidents on site.

Documentation & HSE Cross-department Collaboration

Maintain accurate, complete and compliant records of medical consultations, injury treatments, drug inventory, physical examinations and health training. Collaborate closely with the HSE team and construction supervisors to report on-site health hazards, support safety inspections, incident reviews and rectification works. Complete all ad-hoc health management and compliance tasks assigned by the project management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Mandatory Certifications l Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses or Occupational Safety and Health Training (required) l Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Registered Nurse License (required, active registration, no disciplinary records) l Familiarity with DOLE construction health compliance standards is a strong advantage

Work Experience

• Over 1 year of clinical nursing, industrial or construction site nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates with solar/construction/EPC project on-site medical experience are highly preferred

Skills

• Fluent in English and Filipino, capable of smooth communication with local hospitals, Filipino workers and Chinese management staff
• Proficient in construction trauma first aid if better.
• Familiar with DOLE site health compliance, medical documentation and inventory management
• Responsive under emergencies, able to work independently at remote outdoor construction sites
• Skilled in office software for report writing and record keeping
• Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
