IT Associate

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support, server administration, network administration, or IT infrastructure. Knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office applications. Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in network administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, and other network devices. Basic knowledge of SAP Business One, including system administration, user support, and basic troubleshooting. Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance, including camera setup, cabling, configuration, and troubleshooting. Understanding of IT infrastructure, system architecture, and standard IT systems and technologies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide technical support to users and work effectively with different departments. Willingness to work on-site and provide hands-on technical support as needed.
