Job Summary

Netlink Voice is seeking a highly organized and motivated Software Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and a strong background in software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans,

s, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address risks, challenges, or changing priorities.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure the quality and performance of delivered software meet organizational standards.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams, including developers, designers, testers, and external vendors.
• Manage resource allocation, including team capacity and budget constraints.
• Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with software development practices, including coding, testing, and DevOps, is a plus.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
