AT A GLANCE

The Affiliate Marketing Intern will support the social commerce team in building, maintaining, and scaling Sunnies’ affiliate network. This role focuses on assistant-level tasks in creator coordination, tracking performance data, and helping execute campaigns to drive brand visibility and measurable GMV across TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

• Help identify and source rising affiliate creators across beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and eyewear niches to maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
• Coordinate the distribution of briefing decks, brand guidelines, and platform setup instructions to new affiliate partners.
• Manage sample allocations, coordinate shipping for product seeding, and track creator content completions in alignment with the campaign calendar.
• Support the team by updating affiliate content calendars in coordination with live-selling

s and broader brand campaign launches.

• Help gather daily and weekly social commerce performance metrics, including GMV contribution, conversion tracking, and affiliate ROI, for team review.
• Assist in communicating updates to creators, managing initial inquiries or basic troubleshooting, and organizing data for payout requests with Finance.

YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in and baseline knowledge of TikTok Shop mechanics (creator marketplace, commission setups, and platform trends).
• Familiar with analyzing basic digital data and metrics (views, engagement rates, basic sales tracking).
• Highly organized, assertive, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for coordinating professionally with external creator partners.
• Preferably a fan of or familiar with retail, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand environments.
