Responsibilities

Pipeline Growth: Discover and engage high-potential leads across diverse online channels. Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute targeted multi-channel outreach (email, social media, landing pages, and content). Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign KPIs, monitor conversion rates, and continuously refine strategies for better yield. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, buyer behavior, and competitor movements to refine acquisition tactics. Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead transfers.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Experience: Motivated fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in digital marketing or lead generation is a plus. Skills: Strong research capabilities, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. Mindset: Results-driven, well-organized problem solver eager to master new marketing tools. Availability: Able to work onsite in Business Park, Cebu and start right away.
