About the role
We are seeking an exceptional, relationship-driven Sales Executive to join our subsidiary company, Cash
KO Insurance Brokerage Corp. You will identify and close partnerships with rural banks, MFIs, cooperatives, pawnshops, digital lenders, remittance firms, and other microfinance channels, while conducting market scans, leading due diligence, structuring commercial terms, and coordinating end-to-end onboarding and implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and close partnerships with rural banks, MFIs, cooperatives, pawnshops, digital lenders, remittance firms, and other microfinance channels
- Conduct market scans, segmentation, and opportunity sizing to prioritize target partners and territories
- Lead partner due diligence (financial, regulatory, operational) and perform deep dives into partner business models
- Structure commercial terms, revenue share, and service level agreements; prepare proposals and present to partner decision-makers
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding: KYC, systems integration, training, pilot launches, and performance tracking
- Work closely with Product, Underwriting, Legal, Operations, IT, Marketing, and Regional Sales to align product features, pricing, and go-to-market plans
- Define partner KPIs, run regular business reviews, and implement improvement plans
- Maintain pipeline, forecast partner revenue, and report progress to the Regional Manager PD
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3–6 years' experience in financial services, microfinance, insurance distribution, or B2B sales
- Experience with rural banks, MFIs, or remittance networks preferred
- Proven track record of closing institutional partnerships and managing onboarding projects
- Strong understanding of microinsurance products, regulatory environment, and distribution economics
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel within the region and conduct field visits
- Strong communication in English and Filipino; local dialects an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis
- Commercial acumen and analytical problem solving
