Foreigner IVF Nurse (Relocation to Indonesia)

• Clinical Procedures: Assist reproductive endocrinologists with clinical procedures such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, ultrasounds, and intrauterine inseminations (IUI). Monitoring & Administration: Administer fertility medications, draw blood, perform venipunctures, and monitor patient responses to stimulation protocols. Coordination: Collaborate closely with embryologists, andrology lab staff, and physicians to ensure seamless coordination of patient cycles and accurate tracking of lab specimens. Documentation: Maintain meticulous electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with clinic standards, patient privacy laws, and regulatory guidelines. Emotional Support: Offer empathetic guidance and crisis support to patients navigating the emotional complexities of fertility treatment. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution. Licensure: Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with hands-on experience in an IVF clinic, fertility center, or OB-GYN department strongly preferred. Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills, strong clinical assessment abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Fully willing and prepared to relocate to Indonesia.
