JS, databases and AWS, but we care more about how you think, solve problems and build great products than whether you’ve worked with a particular framework before.

What You’ll Do

• Own and deliver features from concept through to production
• Build intuitive, responsive and high-quality user experiences
• Work closely with product and design to turn ideas into practical solutions
• Contribute to API architecture, backend services and integrations
• Write clean, maintainable and scalable code
• Participate in code reviews and help shape engineering standards
• Improve platform performance, reliability, security and scalability
• Help solve complex workflow and automation challenges within the construction industry

What We’re Looking For

• Strong software development experience
• Experience building modern front-end applications using frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue
• Confidence working across the stack and diving into backend development when required
• Familiarity with databases, APIs and cloud platforms such as AWS
• Ability to take ownership of problems and drive them through to completion with minimal oversight
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A product mindset—you care about building software that people genuinely want to use
• Clear and collaborative communication skills

Bonus Experience

Not required, but highly valued

• Full-stack TypeScript experience
• Experience with Nest

JS

• Experience building B2B SaaS or workflow automation products
• Experience with AI or LLM-powered applications
• Construction technology or enterprise software experience
• A strong eye for UI/UX and product design
