About the role
- Responsible for the good maintenance, security and proper operation of the property under his control
- Responsible for the strict implementation of building rules and regulations
- Develop a plan for operation and management, capital asset preservation, and general enhancement of property value
- Handle daily management problems
- Regular inspection of the property
- Monitor and review the operation of all on service subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering Course or related field
- With 1 to 3 years related experience
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management
- With occupational health and safety certificates (such as DOLE-BOSH or OSHA compliance training).
- Preferably residing in Pasig Area
