Web Content Publisher | Drupal CMS

We are looking for a Web Content Publisher with hands-on experience using Drupal CMS to publish, update, and maintain web content across digital platforms. The role is focused on accurate and efficient page publishing, page building, content quality assurance, and adherence to established content governance and publishing workflows. You will work closely with Content, UX, Development, and business stakeholders to ensure web content is delivered consistently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Publishing & Page Build

Publish, update, and maintain web pages using Drupal CMS.Build and format pages using approved templates, blocks, sections, and structured page components. Ensure correct content placement, metadata, formatting, and page structure. Update navigation and menus as required. Follow established publishing standards and component guidelines. Quality Assurance

Perform pre- and post-publish QA of web pages. Validate page layouts, links, images, metadata, and component behavior. Perform basic responsive checks across different screen sizes. Apply basic accessibility practices, including proper heading structure, alternative text, and accessible content formatting. Identify and resolve publishing issues before content goes live. Governance & Workflow

Follow established content governance frameworks and publishing workflows. Ensure required approvals, version control, and change traceability are maintained. Maintain publishing checklists and documentation. Contribute to improvements in content publishing processes to increase speed, consistency, and quality. Collaboration

Coordinate with Content Strategists, UX, Developers, and business stakeholders to clarify publishing requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related publishing issues. Escalate CMS, component, or technical defects to the appropriate development or technical teams. Ensure stakeholder requirements are accurately translated into published web content.

Requirements

Hands-on experience using Drupal CMS for web publishing and page management.3+ years of experience in web content publishing or content management. Experience building and formatting web pages using CMS templates, components, blocks, or similar page-building tools. Understanding of web content QA, including links, layouts, metadata, images, and basic responsiveness. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web accessibility principles. Experience working within content governance, approval, and publishing workflows. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content updates accurately. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Nice to Have

Experience with Drupal 9/10/11. Experience working with structured content, content types, taxonomy, menus, and reusable components. Familiarity with WCAG/accessibility standards. Experience working with UX, web development, digital content, or enterprise web teams. Experience with web analytics, SEO, or digital asset management platforms.
