• Location: RH-Studio, JDN Square, Mandaue
• Schedule: Full-time | Onsite | Day shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | 40 hrs/week

Salary: ₱30,000/month

About the Role

Creative Content Writer & Researcher

We’re looking for a Creative Content Writer & Researcher to help us create engaging content for our podcasts. You’ll be involved in researching topics and guests, preparing questions, reviewing content, and supporting the podcast production process.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys writing, researching, learning about different industries, and coming up with creative ideas.

What You’ll Do

• Research podcast guests, companies, industries, and topics.
• Prepare episode briefs, topic ideas, and questions.
• Help develop interesting and engaging podcast segments.
• Review and edit podcast transcripts using Descript.
• Check completed podcast episodes for quality and accuracy.
• Work with the editing and production team to improve content.
• Keep up with relevant industry trends and topics.
• Share ideas and feedback to help improve our content.
• Support the podcast production process from planning to publishing.
• Make sure our content is clear, consistent, and engaging.
• Assist with basic video editing when needed.

• An interest in storytelling and creating engaging content.
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Comfortable sharing ideas and feedback.
• Organized and willing to learn.
• Basic video editing skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with podcasts, media, or content creation.
• Experience with Descript, Canva, or Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of video or audio editing.
• Experience writing scripts, stories, or other creative content.
