Drive sales execution to achieve volume, value, and market share targets through regular performance reviews and action plans. Expand and optimize distribution coverage, route-to-market, and customer base across key channels. Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, visibility, and merchandising at point of sale. Analyze sales and market data to track performance, provide insights, and support decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution. Control expenses and deliver profitable growth within the approved area budget.
