Regional Sales Manager - Mindanao

Summary: We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee our operations in Mindanao. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering output and input KPIs, leading Distributor Managers, ensuring healthy profitability of distributors, and driving growth per region, channel, and chains. This role requires extensive experience in General Trade sales in the FMCG industry, strong distributor management skills, and expertise in consumer and trade promotions. This is a leadership position with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities: Ensure achievements of KPI's and deliverables of the role and the team. Ensure achievement of sales target of DMs and Distributors. Drive growth per region, channel, and chains. Oversee consumer and trade promotions. Managed, coach, train and lead the Distributor Managers in entire Mindanao

Monitor, plan, lead and ensure proper execution of GT programs, promos and trade marketing programs. Collaborate with other departments to develop sales strategies and initiatives. Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field

• With at least 5 years of General Trade sales experience in FMCG industry
• With extensive background and expertise in Distributor Management
• Has lead and managed a team/s sales personnel
• Has extensive experience in managing distributors and local key accounts. With experience in consumer and trade promotions
• With basic P&L Knowledge
