Customer Service Representative – Non-Voice/Blended Account

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Non-Voice/Blended Account to join our dynamic team at TASK AGENCIES INC. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our customers, providing exceptional support across multiple communication channels including email, chat, and social media. You will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction. This position plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, directly contributing to our company's reputation and success.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other non-voice channels in a timely and professional manner
• Document and track customer interactions accurately using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Resolve customer issues and concerns on the first contact whenever possible, or escalate appropriately to senior staff
• Process customer requests, including account updates, billing inquiries, and service adjustments
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications and resolutions
