Change Management Manager - Project based

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project-wide Change Management Strategy and Plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and implementation requirements.
• Establish change governance, reporting, and monitoring frameworks, and ensure change management activities are integrated into overall project plans.
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement, conduct stakeholder assessments, and develop strategies to build stakeholder alignment, sponsorship, and ownership.
• Establish and manage Change Champion networks and collaborate with business leaders to facilitate organizational support and adoption.
• Oversee Change Impact Assessments and readiness assessments, and develop and implement appropriate resistance management strategies.
• Monitor organizational readiness throughout the project lifecycle and identify actions required to address readiness gaps and change-related risks.
• Develop and lead the project communication strategy, ensuring consistent and timely messaging across stakeholders and reviewing communication materials and executive presentations.
• Oversee the learning and training strategy, review training curricula, and monitor learning effectiveness to support successful transition and adoption.
• Lead post-go-live adoption initiatives and monitor user adoption to sustain the implementation and realize intended project outcomes.
• Lead Change Management workstream meetings and coordinate with the PMO, implementation vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
• Present project updates, change progress, risks, KPIs, and adoption dashboards to Steering Committees and Executive Sponsors.
• Supervise Change Management Officers, review deliverables, and provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely completion of all Change Management deliverables, while managing project risks related to organizational change.
