Supply Chain Project Manager (Cin7 Required)

The Supply Chain PMO is a central role within the Supply Chain organization, responsible for driving structure, visibility, and consistency across processes, data, and performance tracking. This role acts as the backbone of the department—owning SOP governance, KPI tracking, system integrity, and project coordination. The PMO partners closely with the VP Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to ensure that operations are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, systems expertise, and a structured mindset, with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear processes and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

SOP Governance & Process Excellence

• Create and maintain all Supply Chain SOPs, ensuring they are up-to-date, documented, and consistently applied
• Support the design and implementation of new processes across sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations
• Ensure standardization of workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
• Act as the central point of control for process documentation and updates

KPI Tracking & Performance Management

• Define, implement, and maintain Supply Chain KPIs in alignment with business priorities
• Build and manage reporting dashboards to track performance across key areas (logistics, sourcing, inventory, warehouse)
• Ensure regular and accurate reporting to leadership
• Identify performance gaps and support action planning with relevant teams

Data Integrity & Systems Ownership (Cin7 Core)

• Support ERP Implementation
• Act as the key user and owner of Cin7 Core for Supply Chain
• Ensure data accuracy across inventory, purchase orders, and operational flows
• Manage system updates, configurations, and process improvements
• Train and support team members on system usage and best practices
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain and technical/system support teams

Supply Chain Budget & Cost Tracking

• Partner with the VP Supply Chain to track and manage supply chain costs
• Support budget planning, monitoring, and reporting
• Provide visibility on key cost drivers (transport, sourcing, inventory holding, etc.)
• Develop tools and reports to support cost optimization initiatives

Inventory Management & Process Design

• Support the definition and implementation of the inventory management strategy
• Build and maintain processes for inventory control, accuracy, and optimization
• Collaborate with sourcing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment
• Contribute to improving inventory visibility, turnover, and availability

Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Support and coordinate key supply chain projects and initiatives
• Track progress, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders and clear communication of priorities
• Bring structure and accountability to ongoing transformation initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in supply chain, operations, or PMO roles (3–6+ years preferred)
• Strong experience with ERP systems (Cin7 Core strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to build and manage SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
• Understanding of supply chain processes (sourcing, logistics, inventory, warehouse)
