KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Recommend chocolates, gift items, and gelato based on customer preferences
• Share product knowledge and introduce customers to Venchi’s Italian heritage
• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Support daily store operations including replenishment and inventory checks

Qualifications

• Communicates clearly and confidently with guests, teammates, and leaders.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Background in sales and ability to recommend products and turn guest needs into satisfying choices.
• Experience in food retail sales is a plus
• Passionate about food, people, and creating great dining experiences.
