Accounting Manager

Plan and direct the accounting activities of the department. Manage the accounting team responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation. Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.

Key responsibilities

Oversee preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets

Oversee the production of periodic financial reports; ensure that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards

• Manage the accounting team responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation
• Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation
• Perform tax planning throughout the fiscal year; file annual corporate tax return
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
