About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You'll be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns and managing our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
• Create engaging content for various digital channels
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with design and content teams
• Optimize digital marketing efforts based on data insights
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Experience with content management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beauty or e-commerce industries
• Basic graphic design skills
• Marketing analytics experience
