The Digital Marketing Lead will own the execution and optimization of key digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on paid search, lead generation, ROI, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role with Google Ads/PPC at its core, supported by broader digital marketing expertise across paid social, website performance, analytics, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, internal teams, and external agencies to drive qualified leads and measurable commercial results.WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?Paid Search & Paid Social

Manage and execute paid search/PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads, with responsibility for campaign setup, optimization, budget management, performance monitoring, and ROI.Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to maximize lead generation and acquisition efficiency. Manage or oversee paid social campaigns, including LinkedIn, with a focus on targeting, engagement, conversions, and lead generation. Develop compelling ad copy and creative briefs in collaboration with designers and content teams. Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign creation, optimization, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on targeted and account-based marketing campaigns. Work with external agencies where applicable, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives and delivered effectively. Continually monitor digital channel spend and performance against acquisition targets and budgets. Website Management & Conversion Rate Optimization

Own and manage the company website through WordPress CMS.Create and publish new pages and update existing content to support marketing and lead-generation objectives. Ensure a seamless, engaging, and conversion-focused user experience. Plan and execute CRO initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing. Identify opportunities to improve website performance, usability, SEO, and conversion rates. Use analytics and data-driven insights to prioritize website improvements and testing initiatives.SEO / AEOWork alongside the Head of Growth Marketing and SEO agency to support the development and execution of SEO strategies. Maintain SEO best practices across the website, including on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking, and site structure. Collaborate with the Content team to ensure content supports SEO and AEO objectives. Monitor SEO performance and provide recommendations for continued organic growth. Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain regular performance reporting across paid channels and website metrics. Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to monitor performance, implement tracking, and analyze user and campaign data. Create and maintain tracking across the website, HubSpot, GA4, GTM, and advertising platforms as required. Analyze campaign and website data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers. Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and broader digital marketing strategy. Agency & Stakeholder Management

Work cross-functionally with the Growth Marketing team and other departments to align digital channels with business objectives. Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate on landing page copy, creative assets, and marketing content required to support campaigns and optimization. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Recommend new approaches and opportunities to improve digital performance and commercial outcomes.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?4+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B, high-growth, or scale-up environment. Strong hands-on experience managing paid search/PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads. This is the key requirement for the role. Proven ability to independently manage, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and ROI.Experience working with a range of PPC budgets is highly desirable, including campaigns in the $5K–$50K+ per month range. Experience with LinkedIn paid advertising is an advantage, particularly for B2B lead generation. Strong experience with Google Analytics/GA4, including the ability to interpret campaign and website performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and digital tracking is highly desirable. Broader digital marketing experience across areas such as website management, SEO/AEO, CRO, paid social, and digital campaign management. Experience working with WordPress, SEMrush, and HubSpot is advantageous. Experience implementing CRO initiatives and running A/B or multivariate tests. Experience working with or managing external digital marketing agencies. Candidates with either agency or in-house experience will be considered. Ideally, candidates will have hands-on campaign management experience, although experience managing agency partners may also be considered. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations. Good strategic understanding of digital marketing and how different channels work together across the customer journey. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders. Commercially minded, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Full-time role based in Manila. Ability to work closely with Australian business hours. Excellent written and spoken English is required. This role is suited to a strong hands-on digital marketer who can take ownership of paid search while contributing to broader digital marketing strategy and execution.SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYSBy the end of the first 90 days, the Digital Marketing Lead will have: Taken ownership of existing paid search campaigns and implemented optimizations to improve performance, efficiency, and alignment with acquisition goals. Established a clear approach to monitoring and reporting Google Ads/PPC performance and identifying opportunities for continued improvement. Implemented or optimized LinkedIn paid social activity where relevant, improving targeting, engagement, and lead generation. Taken ownership of the website CMS, publishing new pages, optimizing existing content, and identifying opportunities for CRO improvements. Established effective reporting across paid channels and website performance, providing actionable insights to the Head of Growth Marketing. Built strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Identified and delivered quick wins and “low-hanging fruit” opportunities to improve campaign performance, website conversion, and overall ROI.
