Product Manager - Home Appliances

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our home appliance portfolio. This role requires a blend of market insight, technical understanding, and customer-centric thinking to deliver innovative products that enhance everyday living.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide product development. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and design teams to develop new appliances. Translate customer insights into product requirements and specifications. Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards. Partner with marketing and sales teams to create launch plans, positioning, and messaging. Support pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend improvements. Manage product portfolio, including upgrades, enhancements, and phase-outs. Track KPIs such as sales, customer satisfaction, and market share. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer electronics or home appliances. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with sustainability trends and smart home technologies is a plus
