As a Company Nurse at ACOM, you will play a crucial role in providing medical assistance to employees, documentation of workplace accidents and medical reports, and clerical tasks that may be assigned. Your key Responsibilities: Medical and Occupational Health (40-50%)First Aid & Emergency Response: Administer basic medical treatment and handle workplace emergencies. Health Monitoring: Assess employee health and manage confidential medical files. Medical Programs: Coordinate Annual Physical Exams (APE), pre-employment medical checks and health awareness. Compliance & Reporting: Monitor workplace sanitation and prepare medical reports required by DOLE or OSHC.HR and Administrative Operations (50-60%)Compensation & Benefits / Timekeeping: Assist in processing attendance, leaves, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)..Employee Relations: Assist in grievance management and resolve workplace disputes. General Administration: Perform clerical duties and maintain HR databases. Qualifications: Candidate/s must be a Licensed/Registered Nurse. Fresh graduates with RN license are welcome to apply. Preferably with BLS-First Aid, and BOSH training/certificate. Possesses above average English communication skills (both written and verbal). Good organization/time management skills.
