About the role
We're looking for a Data Engineer who will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, building efficient data pipelines, and ensuring high-quality data for business analytics and decision-making.
Key responsibilities
Design efficient and scalable data models and architectures aligned with business and technical requirements. Integrate data from multiple sources into data lakes and data platforms. Develop and automate data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading. Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability. Optimize data processing for performance, storage, compute, cost, and runtime efficiency. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver the necessary data solutions.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or SQL Developer. Strong experience with Python, Java, Scala, and/or SQL.Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL.Knowledge of data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. Experience with cloud data services such as AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, or Google Cloud Storage. Familiarity with data integration/orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Talend, or Informatica.
