About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Officer to join One Nadela Medical Group in a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu. This role is central to supporting our human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive workplace environment. As HR and Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of HR and administrative tasks that support both our staff and the wider organisation. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee experience whilst developing your expertise in HR and administration within the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Processing and managing employee records, including recruitment documentation, contracts, and personnel files
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members, including co-ordinating interviews and induction programmes
- Administering payroll functions, benefits and leave management systems
- Maintaining HR databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date personnel information
- Providing administrative support to the HR department and senior management
- Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures and general workplace matters
- Assisting with performance management processes and documentation
- Co-ordinating workplace training and development initiatives
- Supporting compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies
- Managing office administration duties including scheduling, correspondence and resource management
What we're looking for
- Proven experience working in an HR and administrative capacity, ideally within a healthcare or similar professional setting
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems
- Knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices and administrative procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing sensitive personnel information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer service orientation
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field are preferred
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration would be advantageous
