Online Sales Representative

Location: San francisco, Aurora - Quezon Province

Job Overview

The Online Sales Representative is responsible for managing day-to-day online selling operations and ensuring accurate and complete fulfillment of customer orders from digital platforms such as My Suki App and other online channels. The role also involves customer communication, order confirmation, and driving repeat sales through engagement and promotions.

Key Responsibilities Online Order Management & Fulfillment

• Ensure 100% accurate and complete fulfillment of all online orders
• Monitor and manage incoming orders from platforms (e.g., My Suki, FB Marketplace)
• Assign and coordinate order preparation with sales channel associates
• Verify and double-check all items before order processing and POS endorsement
• Ensure correct scanning and documentation of all items ordered

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Contact customers for order confirmation and updates
• Communicate unavailable items and recommend alternatives (suggestive selling)
• Encourage additional purchases and promote ongoing deals and promotions
• Confirm total payment and preferred payment method (cash, GCash, credit card)
• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Operational Coordination

• Work closely with selling personnel for order picking and preparation
• Ensure efficiency and timeliness of all online orders
• Assist in monitoring performance of sales channel associates
• Suggest improvements such as item listing/delisting to optimize online sales

Systems & Device Management

• Monitor and maintain company-issued devices (mobile phones, tablets, PDTs)
• Ensure proper use and functionality of online sales tools and applications
• Avoid unauthorized applications on company devices

Qualifications

• College level (any course)
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in sales, preferably in retail or related fields
• Knowledge of online selling platforms and order fulfillment processes
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Tech-savvy and capable of handling mobile applications and systems
