Registered Nurse - CDI Specialist (Non-Bedside) - Hybrid Setup

As a CDI Specialist, you’ll play a vital part in improving healthcare outcomes by ensuring patient records are complete, accurate, and compliant. • Review patient records/medical charts to identify gaps or missing clinical details
• Submit physician queries or clarifications to support severity of illness, risk of mortality, and medical necessity
• Work with healthcare professionals to improve documentation accuracy and completeness
• Apply clinical knowledge of pathophysiology, medical terminology, and ICD-10-CM principles
• Ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and client protocols

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)At least 1 year of CDI experience, or 5+ years of bedside experience (strictly ER or ICU)Strong written and spoken English communication skills

• Comfortable working remotely while on video call (open camera)
• Amenable to night shift
