Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and finance to deliver projects that meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans outlining scopes, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and management.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, documenting decisions and action items.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled in project management software tools such as MS Project
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
