Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist/HR Staff role. Familiarity with attendance monitoring and employee discipline is an advantage. Good written and verbal communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Confident and comfortable communicating with employees at different levels. Willing to work on-site in Taguig City.
