💡 What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll own the delivery of technology and business projects from planning to implementation. You will:📌 Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• 🤝 Work closely with Product, IT, Business, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
• 🗓️ Build and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• 🚦 Track project progress, risks, issues, and blockers — and make sure they don't stay blockers
• 💬 Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder discussions
• 🔄 Work with Agile/Scrum teams and support effective sprint and delivery practices
• 🧩 Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation, and deployment activities
• 📊 Monitor project scope, resources, budget, and overall delivery performance
• 🛠️ Help teams identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• 🎯 Make sure projects deliver the intended business outcome, not just a finished checklist

🧠 What We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you have

• 2+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in software development or technology projects
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another IT-related field
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects moving
• A problem-solving mindset and the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and drive action
• Experience in microfinance, banking, fintech, or financial services is a plus
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or equivalent are a plus
