Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. The role includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable and efficient. Working within an agile environment, the engineer continuously refines and enhances applications to support evolving project goals and deliver high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in React.js. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service), AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications. - Experience with front-end performance optimization and responsive design techniques. - Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services within React.js applications. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and best practices to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
