About the role
Facilitate employee evaluations to assess suitability for continued employment. Facilitate the onboarding and development of new hires. Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions. Design and deliver training programs that address knowledge and skill gaps across employees at all levels within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Preferably has at least 6 months of experience in learning and development or talent management. Proficient in Microsoft applications, presentation and above-average English communication. Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
