HR Manager

The HR Manager will oversee the end-to-end human resources operations at Beyond Spaces. You will manage talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. This role is essential in building a supportive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture as our team continues to grow.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of HR experience (handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR admin)
• Prior experience in a fast-paced project-based industry (e.g., fit-out, construction, interior design, or retail/trading) is a strong plus
• Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for specialized technical, technical-sales, and operational roles
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, compliance standards, and mandatory government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE regulations)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential matters with tact and integrity
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing HR documents, personnel files, and leave tracking
• Self-directed mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and empathy in handling employee concerns
