Role Description

The Client Experience and Service Innovation Office r spearheads initiatives to enhance the Lay Bare Group of Brands’ client experience, market competitiveness, and service portfolio. This role is responsible for researching industry trends, conducting competitive analysis, designing and testing client journey and user experience (UX) improvements, and ensuring smooth rollouts of new services across brands. They collaborate closely with Technical Training for training readiness, and with Marketing for positioning and launch execution. The role also leads training design and facilitation for newly acquired or developed brands to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

Service Innovation & Market Research -

  • Lead the research and development of new services, enhancements, and service delivery models.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop proposals for new or enhanced services, including business case, target market, and expected impact.

Client Journey & UX Enhancement -

  • Design, test, and refine client journey improvements for all Lay Bare brands.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Technical Training to ensure seamless integration of UX enhancements into branch operations.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to validate and improve service experience initiatives.

Service Rollouts -

  • Design and facilitate technical and operational training programs for newly launched or acquired brands.
  • Partner with Technical Training to ensure service rollout readiness, including training materials, timelines, and evaluation processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration -

  • Work with Marketing to develop service positioning, launch plans, and promotional strategies.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure service standards are operationally feasible and consistently applied across branches.
  • Coordinate with brand teams to maintain alignment between innovation, training, and client experience.

Monitoring & Reporting -

  • Track the performance of new services and innovations post-launch, including adoption rates, client satisfaction, and revenue impact.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain documentation of research, service testing results, and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree or significant training experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience as a training officer or any similar role
