Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: Support Growth and Non-Growth Projects, including program projects and new site developments, assigned under Shell Projects. Provide support to Area Managers by preparing and communicating regular project updates, ensuring accurate progress tracking and alignment with project goals. May be assigned to project sites anywhere in the Philippines. May be assigned as Area Manager in the absence of an existing FTE.Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and timely completion. Willing to undergo training and develop new skills to effectively contribute to team and company goals

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field. Shell work experience is an advantage, particularly experience in Gasoline Retail, preferably with 2 years or more of relevant experience. Proficient in MS Office. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, adapt, and work in a flexible environment. Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and follow-through. Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites anywhere in the Philippines. Willing to take on additional responsibilities and assignments as needed.
