About the role
- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Assist customers with their banking and financial concerns through phone support
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience while following company policies and security procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year call center experience in BPO setting
- SHS graduate and above
- Amenable with shifting schedule (night/graveyard shift) and willing to work onsite full-time
