Completed 2 years of college, preferably in Medical Allied (BS Nursing, Radtech, Med Tech, PT, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy)

Experience: At least 1-year BPO voice experience in customer service if with a Medical Allied course background or; At least 1-year BPO Healthcare voice experience in customer service if with a Non-Medical Allied course background

Ability to work in an on-site setup in BGCFlexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
