Job Overview

Reputable professional services firms are seeking experienced Audit Managers to lead external audit engagements, oversee audit teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality client service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for seasoned audit professionals to further develop their leadership capabilities while working with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Analyze and support complex business processes, risks, and financial information to identify key interdependencies and provide practical recommendations. Oversee engagement operations, including resource allocation, engagement finances, risk management, and overall project execution. Collaborate with engagement leadership for timely, accurate, and client deliverables. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Mentor, coach, and develop team members through effective supervision

Foster a culture of continuous learning by encouraging professional growth and development across the team. Address engagement challenges and stakeholder concerns proactively and escalating matters when necessary. Identify opportunities to enhance audit quality, improve processes, and expand the scope and value of services provided to clients.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Minimum of FIVE (5) years of solid experience in External Audit. Demonstrated experience managing audit engagements and client portfolios. Proven leadership and people management experience and performance management of team members. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management and client relationship management capabilities. What You Can Expect

• HIGHLY COMPETITIVE SALARY PACKAGE ranging from ₱95,000 to ₱132,000 per month.HYBRID Work Arrangement: 1-2x On-site per week
