System Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibility would be to focus on deployment, configuration, monitoring, and metrics, freeing up the developer's time to develop the application. Develops automated solutions for operational aspects such as on-call monitoring, performance, and capacity planning. Collaborates with Development, Quality Assurance, and Technical Design teams to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent. Establish DevOps processes, practices, and tools to empower and support Development & Quality Assurance teams in continuous deployment, continuous integration, and timely delivery with a service guarantee. Monitors, review and maintain application performance, capacity and availability, providing 3rd level of support for the resolution of application-related incidents and problems

Focuses on rapid service delivery through the adoption of agile, lean practices in the context of an integrated approach. Automates the monitoring of the health and performance of core services and overall application health. Maintains high availability of production and non-production environments. Identifies issues in the production phase and system and implements monitoring solutions to overcome those issues. Other job related activities that may be assigned from time to time.JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or any related course.
